Standing Rock Ranch: A Solstice Dream Taking Root

I spent my Solstice at Standing Rock Ranch, which is still under renovation, but the land is magical! Rolling hills dotted with oaks, blooming orange and purple wildflowers, creeks, ponds, lakes, and meadows — all alive!
The property includes a 20-stall horse barn that we are renovating, a covered arena with an adjacent shop, multiple barns, guest houses, and a beautiful main house overlooking it all from the hill.
After years of building Starr Horse Retreats in Nevada, we are planting new roots at Standing Rock Ranch in Grass Valley, California, and look forward to welcoming people in 2027. Until then, we continue dreaming, envisioning, and honoring the land before we bring the horses next month.
